I'm Alan Marshall and I created Xtreme Fitness to help people who couldn't brave the complicated and disciplined road to their fitness goals. We bridge that gap for you.

With a background in Kinesiology and over 25 years of personal training experience, Xtreme Fitness incorporates flexibility/range of motion, nutrition, cardio and high intensity interval training in a program geared to generate results.

I've worked with people from every walk of life; from those who want to lose weight to sports specific training, as well as toning and sculpting, and those looking for a better quality of life. No matter your goal we have a solution to bridge the gap! We truly care that you see results.
