With a background in Kinesiology and over 25 years of personal training experience, Xtreme Fitness incorporates flexibility/range of motion, nutrition, cardio and high intensity interval training in a program geared to generate results.

Growing up in Tampa, FL, he discovered his love for fitness early on, culminating in winning the Tampa Bay Classic Men’s Lightweight division in 2006 at just 19 years old.
A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2019, Nate combines his medical knowledge with hands-on coaching expertise. His journey includes graduating from Physical Therapist Assistant school in May 2019 and obtaining his PTA license in July of the same year. In addition, he has coached CrossFit for several years and explored various fitness disciplines, giving him a well-rounded perspective on health and wellness.
